Hand and Stone

I was very relaxed as soon as I entered the facility. The staff were patient and very accommodating. The massage therapist was very professional and thorough. Very nice facility. The only downfall was that the gift certificates had an expiration date sooner than I thought. It would make me hesitant to purchase one for friends in the future. Otherwise, great experience.

Hand and Stone is a clean and friendly spa. The aesthetician was very knowledgeable about my skin issues and recommended products and treatments to help improve my skin.

Appointment was on schedule, Meghan was amazing and the checkout procedure was easy

Miranda was great! She worked diligently on the affected areas. Miranda made sure I was comfortable and shared some exercises I can do to help with areas of discomfort.

I don’t appreciate my appointments being moved without my consent. Front staff never seem to know how many credits I have on my account and when I canceled my membership, I was charged 3 additional times.

Megan did a great job! She addressed the areas needed attention, Reception we’re knowledgeable, courteous and welcoming.
