I have a very stressful life and really needed this relief and relaxation. Michelle did a wonderful job getting the knots to release.

When I walked in the surroundings were calm, clean and serene. The people at the front desk were enthusiastic and friendly and made me feel very comfortable right away. I was amazed that I could get an appointment on such short notice which was badly needed because of a sore shoulder. The massage relieved the pain quite a bit. I will be returning in two weeks at the therapist's recommendation.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful front staff. Massage Therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. My comfort and problem areas were well addressed. Form was read by therapist and he was completely aware of what my targets were!

I felt valued as a customer. The spa is very convenient to where I leave and the fact that they are open 7 days a week will definitely fit my schedule. Amanda was my esthetician and she was wonderful. Looking forward to seeing her again.

Everything went as expected. Due to Covid guidelines, things are affected like ambience and the discomfort of masks. Highly satisfied would require going over my expectations.

I was unable to make appointment on your website; never got a verification code so I had to call the salon in order to make the appointment. Customer service was excellent.

I came in for a stress relief massage with request for deep tissue work. My masseuse made sure to work on my upper back as requested and helped work the knots out of my shoulders.

The receptionist was not at her desk but I could hear her talking loudly in a back room. When she finally came out, she wasn’t wearing her face mask correctly and said “oh, sorry, thought you were someone else.” I didn’t feel super well taken care of.

I received a 2 hour serenity gift card for Christmas. No dollar amount given, so I wasn't sure what it covered. The receptionist that booked me told me it was for a one hour massage and a facial. So we booked that. I had the services and when I came to pay the total for my services along with an add on was $150 ish. The gift card was worth $220. I wish I had known this when booking, I would have either included other services or booked something else. I didn't even really want a facial but the receptionist said that was what I had to book with that gift card. So now I have a balance on this gift card that I probably wont use.
