Last minute availability was super convenient for my type of lifestyle. It is very hard to find a massage center with openings like Hand & Stone.

Table/bed was not warm. No music in room.

Not my favorite masseuse, but I wanted the date.

My experience was good but not exceptional. My facial wasn’t beyond what I expected. The ladies at the reception desk were really nice and helpful. When looking at the products, they expressed genuine like, not just trying to sell me stuff.

My appt was before my monthly payment date but I didn’t realize it. The manager came to the rescue and okayed it so I did not have to pay again!

I was not well informed when I booked my facial for a week after signing up for membership that the service was not covered under my membership and I would need to pay at time of service. I thought it was part of the monthly deal, but was informed that starting February my benefits would begin. I was still very satisfied with my facial.

I was a little confused about how the membership works, and when it starts. It was purchased for me as a gift, and I confirmed on site that it attached to my account, but it was hard to figure out. I'm still not sure how to make sure I get my one massage a month.

I was highly satisfied with the massage therapist the last time I went. Other times it can be hit or miss. I like more pressure than many therapists give and after asking for more pressure once, it feels inappropriate to continue to ask if the therapist doesn't continue. I have always felt good, but finding the one therapist that really gets my needs can be a process. I think I found the one with Devon, I just hope he can be retained.
