This is the 2nd time in 2.5 months the appointment I booked had to be canceled and rescheduled (2 of my.lsdt 3 appointments).

The change in staff has been continuous. My appointments have been cancelled and moved and rescheduled with people who then left. My masseuse this time, Liz, was great - but I wonder if she’ll stay. I had an esthetician from Redmond this time that I didn’t care for and she heavily pushed product sales. I don’t need a sales pitch when I come to relax.

Are use the same therapist that I used about a month ago. At that time it was a great massage. Yesterday he spent too much time resting his hands on one spot without moving for 30 seconds or more. He did that over and over again. I expected him to actually be moving his hands and massaging. This massage yesterday was not the same that I received the first time so I will come back but I won’t go book him again.

Overall, I feel like hand and stone is good basic massage. There's nothing special about it compared to other higher end spa's. I wish there were more types of massages and facials offered. My massages have been better than my facials here. You can tell it's more of an entry level place.

There was not really a spa atmosphere. Sort of felt like I was in a store.

I was impressed not only with the reception area, but the area leading back to the treatment rooms was very nice as well. It felt inviting, clean, & comforting.

I prefer a female therapist and there is never one available at the time I have available to visit. Also- I cannot get my lifestyle membership to show up online. I have a log-in account but is shows me as a non-member and does not display my upcoming appts. or available points. I have emailed customer service and they told me to ask at my home location. The receptionist was unable to help me either.

I found out that the Christmas in July special that I purchased a few weeks ago the gift card that was given to me was a promotional gift card. The manager on duty yesterday informed me that that was not processed properly and that it shouldn't have been a promotional gift card issued for the Christmas in July purchase that I made. Also, the massage therapist said that she didn't know how to split up the time if I wanted a full body deep tissue massage. So I selected two areas upper back and legs for her to focus on. I've had lots of massages over the years and never had a therapist tell me that they don't know how to split up the time for a deep tissue massage that is full body.
