I was 6 minutes late and apologized, explaining I'd underestimated the amount of time it took,to get there from Lynnwood. I was seated in reception, and upon entering the massage room, it was made clear to me that the therapist was ready and waiting and due to my own negligence, I would only receive an upper body massage. I agreed three times and said I understood this, but it seemed like the therapist was trying to provoke me to argue. My 4:15 massage started at 4:25, and was over at 5:05. I wasn't expecting her to go past the allotted time because I was late. I felt a shortened massage was better than losing $70 and receiving nothing. However, I had a hard time relaxing because I felt I'd been scolded, and an hour massage that ends 10 minutes really should be presented as a 50minute massage.

I was satisfied with my massage for the price paid. I will definitely come back for a future visit and try some of your other services as well. I will have a better idea from multiple visits as to my overall impression of this facility, but so far, I like it.

The only problem was that when I arrived no one was at the desk and I stood there for 10 minutes.

The front reception staff comes across a bit unprofessional. Seems like there’s a lot of new people.

I felt like I was expected to do add ons that I didn’t need. not sure the expertise of attendant. Attendant was nice but don’t think I’d use her again. The opposite was true of my massage and will go back for that

I was satisfied but I am leaving the area for several months. Not able to return. The only complaint I have is the expense. It’s much higher than Massage Envy. I have been a member there for years. My massage therapist was Echo, she was awesome and very attentive.

I was comfortable with the staff. I felt calm and relaxed after the facial. I thought the price was incentive to come in once a month.
