Couldn’t find my membership in the system - soentca good 10-15 minutes trying to resolve it before finally deciding to just charge me the member price and fix it later - it would also be nice if I didn’t have to fill out the same paperwork at every different location I go to

$90 seems very high for a strip mall massage. I expect to pay 92 $100 went on vacation having a spa. Not an every day service

It’s a good mid budget facial but I usually get more for the full cost of $100 at a salon like Gene Juarez

I had the rejuvenating facial, and there was nothing special about it. I had a mini-facial at another spa that was better. Nothing outstanding about the facial to justify the cost or make me want to go back.

Check out was not smooth. The person helping me did know what she was doing

I am not experienced in getting facials. Tatiana was very nice and friendly. However today my skin was red and did not look very good. This may be due to my not expressing properly that the products were somewhat tingly, or "spicy", on my skin. I may come back to try a massage but don't feel that facials are for me.

It was a good massage and a nice place. For me, highly satisfied is when I leave smiling and ready to tell everyone I know. This was nice.
