Devon is an excellent masseuse, he clarified which areas were bothering me and gave me options on focusing more time on specific areas or massaging all over (example: he asked in I wanted my forearms massages or more time spent in my neck) I appreciated that. He also uses the exact amount of pressure that I prefer.

The clerk was extremely personable and helpful in scheduling. The massage therapist was fantastic, very pleasant with perfect deep tissue pressure and knowledge of anatomy and body stress. The spa was great at the level of health and safety measures taken. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at this spa and a great one in comparison to other spas I've been to in the past! I've already booked my next appointment with the same massage therapist!

Kyle was a great massage therapist: great pressure, kind and respectful, focused on my shoulders. I felt totally relaxed and safe. I immediately booked again with Kyle and will bring my daughter back too. Thank you Kyle! I will recommend you highly!

The last four months i've been going for facials i've had a different therapist each time, it seems that they don't last very long at the shoreline location, i also tried the mill creek location and was not able to rebook with the same person there either. it would be nice to find someone i liked and be able to book with them consistently
