Hand and Stone

I requested for her to wear a mask and I don’t think it was communicated to her. When someone is that close to your face they should wear a mask, pandemic or not.

I won’t return because I’m a snow bird but I think 60 minutes turns into 45. They come in a minute or two late and end a minute or two early. Not a good value for the money.

I arrived at 3:03 for a 3pm massage. We started my massage at 3:10pm and ended it at 3:49pm that is 39 minutes …. Not worth the money when I expected an hour

I normally don't give highest marks unless there was perfect service. I liked my experience but I felt my facial was a little rushed or at least the transitions between the stages of the facial.

I was satisfied with my services but not highly satisfied for the cost. I'm use to a different style of massage and this was not one I would want again. Wanted deep tissue but not for it to be painful. I can tolerate the pain but don't enjoy paying for it. I had a brow wax and wasn't given a chance to see the results. When I got home and looked in a mirror the fine hairs under my brow area were still there. The facial was nice and relaxing but I don't really feel it's worth the cost for what you get. My personal opinion.

Limited availability for scheduling. Not enough workers/availability.

Joanna was fantastic. The issue I have is appointment availability. It’s really hard to book anything within a week.

I have enjoyed my membership but it is expensive once a tip is factored into each visit. I hope to continue at least a few more months. I would be more likely to keep it if more appointments were available in the evenings and weekends. I have little kids and often cannot conveniently break away until after 7 or 8pm. I haven’t had much luck scheduling online and my work schedule varies, so I end up not planning ahead and calling later to try to find a time with the receptionist. Luckily the receptionists have been super helpful! But finding that right time with a great therapist is still an obstacle.

The people is great, it’s the available and when you can get appointment you have so many credits on your account. The company don’t send emails to ask where have you been. I had 9 credits that was maybe 9 months I didn’t get a appointment that works for me and do you think CBD oil and hot stone is worth another full credit. Plus if have 9 credits and can’t really afford this anymore I lost those credits, why I have paid for them, why can’t the go on gift card. Again the people work work there is great..

Most massages I received the therapist when finding a night will work it out. Just kind of felt like if you are might not we’re not really worked like I would have liked. But over all it was good.
