I had a gift certificate so I went there. For my budget it is a little expensive. Love the massage just can’t afford the pride

Overall great place. It’s little things - maybe a waiting area away from the billing area, being in room on time (I was taken back 5 min late—not a huge deal!), consistent massage (therapist overall did well on areas of focus, but seemed to be bored/tired and didn’t do whole body as requested. He was super nice and adjusted pressure when asked to, so plus for him!) Girl at front super sweet but just learning-I felt someone should’ve been with her.)

I felt that when I was getting my facial the person didn’t spend enough time working on me. I felt if she would have had the products ready ahead of time I wouldn’t have layed on the bed waiting for the next product to be put together to be administered. This is just a comparison between. My two facials I’ve had there ... the first one was highly satisfied and a lot of attention was put on working on me for the whole time.

We signed up for the introduction facial of 69. I bought some product also so didn't really pay attention to my bill. Once I looked at it there was a charge for a extra 20 for sensitive skin. I should of been told that when she was doing the sensitive skin it would be a 20 upcharge. Nothing was mentioned.

My one hour facial only lasted 45 minutes

I thought the massagewasvery good, the cleanliness was excellent. Just happentohave another place where I can get 1.5 hour massage with hot stone for $65. It may not have all the ambiance but the massages are great and i like 1.5 hours
