I was very satisfied with both facial and massage. The only issue was the massage room was very cold. I couldn’t relax too much, as I was freezing.

The person who answers the phone is short, she couldn’t find me in the system even though I pay a monthly membership, I wasn’t even sure I would have an appt because she just kept saying she would figure it out later. The first time I dealt with the same person on the phone, I had to cancel my appt with short notice due to possible Covid exposure and she told me I would be charged since I didn’t give 24 hr notice and that now my massage therapist wouldn’t get paid. With the current environment and global pandemic, unfortunately we don’t always have 24 hr notice before finding out someone you have been in contact with may be ill, the other option would be I could possibly come in and expose more people, which we all know is a bad idea. I’m not sure the pay structure of your employees, but I did not appreciate the way I was treated. I like the massage and facial services, but the front desk staff shouldn’t be rude and EVERYONE should be more understanding that the pandemic is a fluid situation. We didn’t complain when you closed and still charged us our membership fees for months that we couldn’t use your services, so maybe have some compassion.

I had the foot scrub and there was not enough to cover my feet so there was no change in softness after the scrub. It wasn't worth the money I spent. I asked the therapist to focus on my neck, shoulders and jaw. He didn't spend adequate time on those areas. He did spend quality time on my lower back. I also felt like the sheet was too low on my back which made me uncomfortable.

I request more pressure a couple times and wasn't enough so I didn't ask anymore.

I was highly satisfied just wish it was cheaper.

I am not comfortable with the staff wearing face shields and not wearing a mask.

Was not highly satisfied dye to the therapist not starting on time and ending early. Felt that I was cheated out of 15 mins on my massage.

This was my first facial. It was enjoyable minus the blackhead extraction. I would say that I have decent skin and not much to be extracted. I’m not sure how they performed it but it was borderline painful.This would have been fine had it not be so forceful that it caused me to continue to be red and inflamed for the next two days. I will probably stick to massages and not have another facial.

My Therapist moved and I had a new person. She was good but we need to get to know each other.

Knowledge of Therapist, very nice people at the reception desk. very clean and organized place rooms as well as waiting area.
