Hand and Stone

My appointment time was 6:30pm, after we went over my concerning areas Maddie left the room at 6:36pm for me to get undressed. She got back in the room at 6:40pm and was done with my 50 minute massage at 7:20pm. I was just a little disappointed on getting a 40 minute massage and was left wondering what happened to the other 10 minutes. 10 minutes of massage time is crucial! Lol. By the time all said and done paying $80 (includes tip) for a 40 minute massage is not really a good deal. But the ambiance, cleanliness, friendliness and the massage all in all were superb.

It was lovely, but a little high in price and a bit snobbish for my taste. I spoil myself once every few years with a facial, and it was nice, but not my best ever. I am sure I will be back again someday, just not very soon

The smell of the lotion was very odd.

The product makes me break out if I don’t have a shower immediately following. I felt that the massage time has been shortened compared to precovid times (with this therapist). Also he used to give tips and advice on how to help self at home, and now it seems like just a job to him. He is not bad, I just feel like he started out stronger and I have come to expect how it “used to be.”

No particular reason

Nothing wrong, just a coaching opportunity for the therapist. Once complete with the massage, tell the guest you're done. He just pulled the sheet up then washed his hands. I had no sense of time so, I wasn't sure if we were done. He wasn't outside the room after I got dressed so, I wasn't sure if I was to wait for him or just go up front. I went up front, paid and tipped, but never saw him to say thank you. Again, these are just suggestions. I'm not complaining :)

I told the aesthetician I had sensitive skin and she said she would use the sensitive skin products. She did not tell me there was an extra $20 charge for them.

My therapist was really nice but she dripped sweat from her head on me and did not apply enough pressure. She also used a lot of oil.

It was fine, it wasn’t extraordinary. I would like to see a better setup without the blankets; towels are ok but kinda small so it felt weird. Also felt like we finished a bit earlier to allow for cleaning time.
