I was not reminded/told that a full 50 minute massage package would be used on a 30 minute upgrade, and no one offered me the extras (hot stones, aromatherapy etc) before the massage. I was told about it after, so I see it as paying $60 for 30 minutes, and that really makes me angry. I don’t blame the therapist, but the person making the booking/welcoming me for massage.

Therapist provided good service, however, no acknowledgement when i gave input about massage areas, lil to no confirmation with a couple questions i asked& request made, was my first time w/this therapist, very reserve.... i left w/good service but would not say “relaxed” as i just felt uneasy overall, will Not be requestIng this therapist in my future appts. Actually felt as if i was a inconvenience, rather than a welcomed loyal member. 80 min massage asked for 3 specific areas but majority of time Therapist spent on 1 area to a point that I’m very tender to the touch, then kinda ran threw latter part of massage ...as a after thought.

The treatments were nice and relaxing, but it was very expensive. I dont think the treatments were worth the price as I did not see much improvement in my skin.

Was not made aware of services that would be an extra charge. Expected only to pay $10 fee plus tip as per the person who booked it for me but wasn’t informed that some services were extra or else I would of declined it

The massage was not really what I have had in the past. While he worked on my lower back, my neck and shoulders continue to be really sore. Was just not a great massage. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't something to be excited about. Not every masseur/se and client match up perfectly, and I get that.

The table linens and face cradle covers are stacked on top of each other. I think this may be due to the therapist not having enough time to change the linens between sessions. This is not very sanitary.

I have been to many Hand and Stone spas and I always find it going the extra mile when there are small amenities in the reception area such as special water or small cookies or candies. This particular spa does not have those.

The massage therapist forgot I had purchased a cold stone facial treatment so I didn’t receive it

Melissa seemed to be in a hurry or possibly distracted. When she placed my hands in the paraffin, she left them on only a couple minutes and then took off. Maybe she wasn't very organized. My first massage was much better.
