I scheduled over the phone wanted facial red lighting and foot treatment this is the third time they did not add foot treatment I work on my feet all day and was really excited to try it out but they never add it on super bummed out but otherwise I’m always happy with everything else

Leak in ceiling that was dripping into floor of massage room and music stopped and started randomly suggesting electrical issue or???

I feel like my therapist did an ok job. I have had several massages and this one was just ok. I feel like mainly my back had attention and all other areas were slightly lacking attention. Walked away saying the massage could have been a lot better.

Excellent facial but ran out of time before the mint scalp massage that was part of my gift certificate.

I understand you have to flip the room but I felt like I was taken back a few minutes late and then released early. I thought my time was cut short by 5-8 min. I did like the therapist and my massage was good. I would go again to this location.

I was not satisfied with the massage I received. The massage therapist nail was sharp and scratched often. I was also uncomfortable with how she covered and uncovered my legs as she worked on them. After massaging my legs she left my feet uncovered and COLD! I have had a handful of massages at other establishments and this was by far the most dissatisfied I have been.

Don’t like membership commitments

aesthetician did not tell me services were over and to get dressed as she left the room. I assumed she was coming back in so we were both waiting on each other. Other than that, everything was very nice.

The face cover on the headrest is always droopy, which I don’t like. The music is not as good as it could be and the massage this past time was under 50 min.

some outside noise, hard to relax as much in the room. waiting area should be less bright, maybe a water feature would help and not surrounded by products.
