You need to get your website fix so that it can be used by members to schedule an appointment so that we can get our rewards.

During a prior visit, I had a therapist that was poor. I called back after and told the receptionist about my experience and she indicated I could schedule another session at no charge. My visit today was very good quality and what I expected. I even received an email from the owner who apologized for the bad experience and indicated she was very glad to correct.

Receptionist was on the phone when I came in. About 3 minutes later another person came out to check me in. Not a big deal. The room was fine. Would be nice to have a scent of some sort in the rooms. Something to make it feel more spa like. Overall the experience was good .

The online booking is horrible, but you don’t get points for booking over the phone. The team was great. My massage was good. My facial was not what I expected I think could have been more through.

The esthetician was very nice but she was a little rough during certain parts of the facial and I left with a mark in the middle of my forehead because she pierced the skin.

I felt like the trouble areas could have been focused on more but that doesn’t mean I was dissatisfied in any way, shape or form. It was overall a good massage

Very nice staff and very clean area

The add on for scalp massage was within the time of the message not in addition to it. I could have saved $15 and just ask him to massage my scalp which took all of 5 minutes and was nothing special.
