On time. Comfortable with therapists. Competency of staff. If they didn’t know the answer’ they found someone who did.

Do not like call center. Prefer talking to the salon, I will always book in person to avoid the call center. Candace is the best!

Booking an appointment online was super easy. The staff was so friendly from the moment I entered until I left. Jen had very good customer service skills. Met the manager and was impressed. My esthetician was really well trained and personable. For being so new to the position I was impressed with her knowledge.

The experience I had over the phone was very unpleasant. Questioning why we were not members. However, the attention I received in the spa area was perfect.

This was the first time I was with Marisa and she was spectacular. I walked out feeling relaxed and renewed. I didn’t request any particular areas to focus on but she hit all the right areas. I’ll definitely come back to her.

Great experience. Anna is excellent! In addition, I do see Tim for massage, who is also excellent.
