My esthetician is superb! She always spends every minute taking care of my wants and needs. It is an enjoyable experience as well as leaving my skin in better shape than before! I never feel rushed or undervalued.

I was a member for almost 2 years or so - had a really poor experience with booking an appointment with first the receptionist and then the manager!!! I have always had a great experience with the massage therapist and esthetician- that’s why I gave Hand and Stone a second chance .

They are always welcoming and pleasant when I arrive. I've booked with Tim a few times now and he is fantastic. I always feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards

Kelly was simply amazing. She focused on the areas that we talked about prior to the session, and I left feeling 6ft tall!

Michele is a therapist that really listens and addresses my concerns at each appointment.

I am always treated like i am someone special. I have a membership because i like to be treated Special. I also like the discount on the products

I was pleased with the service I received, Sable was fantastic Only concern I have is I scheduled a one hour facial to start at 5:15 I arrived early as instructed but was completely done at 6pm so I was only given a 45 minute facial other than they everything was great. I would love to get a membership but not if there is a sign up fee. Thanks
