I haven’t had a facial in years. Maddi helped identify my needs with a couple questions. I left my appt feeling absolutely amazing !!!

Booking an appointment online was super easy. The staff was so friendly from the moment I entered until I left. Jen had very good customer service skills. Met the manager and was impressed. My esthetician was really well trained and personable. For being so new to the position I was impressed with her knowledge.

The experience I had over the phone was very unpleasant. Questioning why we were not members. However, the attention I received in the spa area was perfect.

This was the first time I was with Marisa and she was spectacular. I walked out feeling relaxed and renewed. I didn’t request any particular areas to focus on but she hit all the right areas. I’ll definitely come back to her.

Great experience. Anna is excellent! In addition, I do see Tim for massage, who is also excellent.

Candace was incredible. One of the best facials I have had in a long time.

The therapist was highly knowledgeable and focused on areas that I specified with the right amount of pressure. Tre receptionist welcome me with a cool drink while I settled in.

I do not like the call center, I do not get the special service the massage center gives, I received 4 emails and 2 text plus a phone call to remind me of my massage time and if I did not cancel my appointment 24 hours before I would be charged a fee, which I did not care for
