The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and was able to address the issues I was having. The reception staff is friendly and as always, recognizes me and greets me personally.

My experience was great as always. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Michelle my therapist was great as well and always takes care of my needs and makes sure that I leave feeling better than when I came in. I have no complaints about the staff and the services. However, I think it would be nice to give your senior clients some sort of discount. You could accept AARP for a 15% discount or just give a 10% discount for add on that we may want, like hot stones or CBD oil. That would be a very good selling point.

The girls up front are always friendly! Therapists always know where to work on more and I still always get a relaxing service!

George gives a great, relaxing massage. The studio is always clean and tidy. The desk staff are very friendly.

Alexis was absolutely amazing ! She went through all the details of my problem areas and what to do about them . This was my first time at Hand and Stone and I definitely excited to come back ... I do with it wasn't so expensive so I could afford to come more often.
