Hand and Stone

This was my first experience with hand & stone and I was impressed. They ran on time and got me back quickly. I felt relaxed and at ease since the aesthetician explained what to do and why my concerns were. She seems knowledgeable and my skin is responding well to the service.

Janine listened to my concerns and spent extra time on my left upper back, shoulder and neck. It seems she used the right amount of pressure. I’m completely satisfied with the service given and have booked another appointment with Janine for next week.

Isabel was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. The experience was very interactive, comfortable and enjoyable. She taught about what she was doing and how it affected my body and health. Fantastic.

There was a short wait time between me arriving and being called back. Madi was very welcoming and offered great options to help me. All the staff were courteous and respectful.
