This Hand and Stone is always clean and inviting and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. They know their frequent clients by name and anticipate their needs. The therapists are well trained and sensitive to my needs.

Alexis explained procedures, skin types and products used very well. She is very smart and friendly. I love the products carried at the location I attend.

Melissa is an incredible massage therapist and the receptionists are always friendly

I love the facility , and Kristin was amazing she is the reason I will go back. She listened to what I had to say and was exceptional and amazing. Booking on line is not very good and availability is not very good . Not sure if I will continue my membership after my next visit or not.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The lobby and rooms were nice and clean. I received an excellent massage and facial compared to other places I have gone before (Massage Envy and Elements Massage). The quality of the massage and the facial was top notch!
