Brandi did an AMAZING job. She can tell where your knots are and get them out. She was spectacular! I got a membership because having Brandi work on my back definitely helped my back pain. I can’t wait to come back! :)

April, at the front desk, is very helpful and thorough. Kayla was knowledgeable and provided exceptional pressure to my problem areas. I left feeling relaxed and my pain was eased.

I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulder that extended out to my right arm being stiff and not able to raise it up. Bobbi focus on the parts I told I was having pain and when she finish I felt like she had worked out the kinks and I didn't feel as tight. I do want to schedule another appointment with her.

I am considering trying another salon and facial facility to compare with Hand & Stone

The receptionists were very helpful when I had questions. My esthetician was very nice and knowledgeable. The ambiance in the room was very nice.

Everyone was very friendly. My massage therapist, Maddie, was wonderful - she checked on how I felt about the pressure and worked the areas I asked her to. I ended up signing up for the membership program and the team at the reception area explained the programs benefits clearly.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. The massage is always exactly what I needed. I want to continue with maintenance massages and facials but the price increases are of some concern. May have to choose one or the other in the future. I have referred others recently who have chosen not to sign up due to the price increase.
