Reception is excellent, timely and friendly. My therapist is always excellent. I book my appointments way ahead, so I never have an issue getting in, but I have heard from people that I have given gift cards and referred to hand and stone, that it is tough to get in for an appointment.

A pleasant experience. Clean environment. Welcoming. Loved Rose my esthetician. Products well explained. I have a nut allergy tans Rose made sure those products were removed and I was not exposed. Thank you! The a available appointments for massages are pretty far out in the calendar. May need more associates to accommodate the demands for this lovely experience.

Friendly staff/ always on time/ good results

Everyone is always really nice and friendly. I appreciate the staff and their kindness. Always very relaxing with music in the ambience. I thought I had gone in for a 90 minute and it was 60 minutes. I have also had a struggle to get an appointment in there because of the volume of massage therapist at this time
