The customer service from all the employees. The receptionist and environment is like going into a resort spa. That’s awesome !! The massage are the best. I am extremely picky but massages are worth it !!

The ambiance is great as soon as you come into the lobby. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Brandy does a great job with the deep tissue massage and is wonderful at recommending appropriate add ons as needed. The cold stone face massage was really nice.

Hand and stone has really helped me with my skin with their knowledge of facials what products to use and how knowledgeable they are about the product. Hand and stone’s receptionist area was very neat and clean and also it shows the product. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant in scheduling my appointments. I am so happy that I am a member.

April at the receptionist desk is always so helpful and friendly. Always smiling! Monica was my massage therapist and she is phenomenal!

My therapist was very good. Addressed my need to destress. Massaged my head and my feet. Yea!!!
