Melissa was wonderful!!!! She was very friendly, warm & kind. Made me feel relaxed & comfortable. This was my 1st massage since the pandemic started & I have been very nervous to have a massage. I appreciate your staff continuing to wear masks & offer to wear one during the massage even though it is not required by the state. From the receptionists that greeted me to the cleanliness & atmosphere of your spa, everything was wonderful! The massage was AMAZING! Melissa was so sweet & really helped with my issues, she listened to my concerns & was overall just really a pleasure! She checked in to see if the pressure was ok a few times during the massage. I can't say enough good things about her! She put me at ease & I honestly felt like my 60 minute massage was 90!!! I really look forward to coming back because of her & your team being so hospitable.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted! Not long after I was taken back to my room where my therapist asked me questions about specific areas and then we got the appointment started. She used the full hours but everything I wanted then gave me information afterwards. While checking out I got extremely light headed and shaky where the receptionist took car of me for me more water and made sure I was feel good before I left. A few hours later hand and stone called asking how a felt which made me feel like I was very important to them. The only reason I am not coming back in the next 90 days is just because I am moving states and have to find a new location. Thank you very much!
