The front reception staff, and particularly April, are so friendly and cheerful. I am always greeted by name which makes me feel like a valued client. Brandy, my therapist, is very knowledgeable and uses a variety of techniques to get to my problem areas. She really knows what she is doing and it shows in her massage.

The friendliness of the entire crew at Hand & Stone is exceptional. Considering the number of clients that must come through there on a daily basis, it impresses me that we are always greeted by name. We tried several options for massage and facials prior to hearing about Hand & Stone. (Found it just driving by.) We are completely satisfied with our choice to become members. Of course we have our favorites (Brandy & Brooke), they know our body and skin after several visits so can truly provide a personal experience. The location is always clean and inviting.

The staff at Hand and Stone is excellent. They knew I had confirmed and when I walked in I was all setup up just waiting for my massage. My therapist is the best and she is hard to book appointments for so I appreciate each and every one I can get with her. She took extra care on all sore spots and areas that i reported to her. It was a perfect experience, relaxing and therapeutic. I also heard other folks talking about how wonderful their experience was. Seems like all the therapists are highly recommended.

The staff present is always friendly. The seem to value us as customers. Monica is exceptional as a therapist at addressing what ails me.

Alexsys was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was professional but relatable. She offered recommendations but I never felt pressured.
