Hand and Stone

I was gifted this facial by my Son-in-law and it was a very positive experience!

Hand & Stone has always been there for me. I’m always well taken care of from booking appointments to the check out process. The whole staff are very knowledgeable of the products and services provided.

I went in with pain in my neck and shoulders, when I left the pain was gone. The therapist asked and listened to where I needed the most work and was attentive. The therapist really worked the areas of concern.

I was very happy with my massage in the massage therapist no products were used on me other than the lotion that the massage therapist provided and I was fine with that the only thing the receptionist when I came in was busy on the phone and she didn’t acknowledge me she could’ve looked up and told me hello but she was busy on the phone and I kind of stood there for quite a while before she acknowledged me other than that it was a good experience .

Maddie at the front desk is amazing and muddy the massage girl is awesome!! In there every 2-4 weeks and love it

She did a great job loosening the knots and tight spots in my neck and upper back. I was able to relieve enough pain because of that massage to sleep through the night. I let her know that my favourite part of any massage is the scalp massage so she spent a few extra minutes doing that.

The therapist was friendly and professional. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied with the experience and care I received.
