I had hurt my back three days prior and it was very tight. My therapist spent lots of time working on the affected area and totally got rid of the tightness in my back. She did an excellent job!

The entire process was easy from scheduling through the appointment. The massage therapist was really knowledgeable and was able to help ease some of the pain I was having.

Always friendly and welcoming. The service is always perfect and hits the problem areas. To be honest, I wish I had started getting regular massages at H&S years ago.

The professional atmosphere, the cleanliness of the waiting area and rooms. The therapists and estheticians are knowledgeable. As you continue to grow try not to loose the atmosphere of the very beginning..that is what has kept me coming since opening.
