Your staff is amazing! Your front office receptionist is worth her weight in gold!

At hand and stone massage everyone was friendly and inviting. From the receptionist and waiting area to the restroom as well as massage room everything was very clean. Will definitely return next time I visit the area !

The front desk ladies are always super sweet and I love when filling out my paperwork they let me get settled in then brought everything over to me. Each time I have come I have gotten in my appointment early and have not had to wait in the reception room long. Sharon is extremely sweet and it has been a very relaxing experience.

As a former business owner, I always watch for how employees treat their customers; not just me, but others who enter at the same time I do, or on the phone if it should ring. I think it reflects how serious the owner is about providing a quality product/service. I have been impressed at this store on every visit. Michelle is an excellent massage therapist. She asks good questions about my needs and expectations. Her background as a physical therapist helps her get to the root of the issue I am attempting to address. I am a very satisfied customer.
