The massage room was too cold. The price increase is too much

During checkout I shared that hit stone was not used and to not charge me - this seemed to annoy the manager and her demeanor turned soured towards my therapist who I just shared did an amazing job. It saddened me to see her tone change in a way that was not supportive of my experience but her bottom line.

My husband and I were together. He got taken back into the room a few minutes before the appointment. I waited for another 10 minutes. I was undressed and ready a minute after she left me to underss, but it took another 5 minutes for her to return. She was great, but I felt jipped on time

I would probably try a different massage therapist next time.

My therapist,Merrisa ,is outstanding. I didn’t like the hard sell tactics and the comment “ what’s holding you back?” When I wasn’t interested. I didn’t like the needing of my Credit card while making the appointment .I had to make a special trip tothe salon to leave my card. The booker on the phone said if we don’t have it, we can give your appt to someone else. Another hard sell intimidation . Other that that, everyone was friendly, perhaps just trained wrong

Had a $99 gift certificate given by my husband. Booked a first time $79 massage. Wanted to use the remaining $20 towards the tip. Was told that wasn’t allowed. Felt like $20 wasted. Wasn’t handled well by front staff\manager. Would have driven the extra distance to see Brenna again, as she was great! Won’t go back due to lack of accommodation regarding gift certificate balance. Several other closer massage companies I’ll give my business to.
