My therapist, Caleb was new and gave a good massage and very professional.

To keep providing good job.

Familiar with massage technique and health. Went in for back and neck concerns. Felt she addressed as much time to each limb as she did to back. Felt like on back she was using nothing to lubicate massage action.

I still felt a knot in my upper back area when done with massage.

I don’t like how when I need to speak to someone I get the call center they aren’t at the location and I can’t understand them with the accent 95% of the time. I want to speak with who I go in and see face to face.

Didn't know the product prices.

Do not like filling out your IPad at every appointment. This ruins the experience

High turnover in massage therapists! Price increases often.

The facial was not what I expected. Was a let down

I felt not enought time spent in the areas I specifically asked for- just did the general areas instead of the specific requested areas. sometimes pressure was not enough, the oils used smelled bad and old product.
