Cost/value: too expensive for the services received. Too many add-ons: monthly, deduction, fee for deep pressure, then some receptionist add on a then some receptionist add on an 40% gratuity. Even with specific requests several of the therapist follow their own routine. I have experienced therapist who verbally respond negatively when asking for more or less pressure.

It was expensive for the service it received. I’ve had comparable massages elsewhere for much less money.

It’s expensive than other salons. I had 50%off coupon that only applied on the retail value (ie $139.99) . I was expecting it to poly on the introductory first facial price.

I am not happy with the new tipping system. It adds a service fee to your tip and I was not told this in advance. When I inquired, the receptionist was rude and condecending.

Every time I find a massage therapist I like they leave and then I get jostled around.

I have been unable to use services during the course of my membership, and I wanted to transfer unused services to a friend. The fact that I can only transfer 3 of the services that I have paid for is extremely frustrating and makes me unhappy for the lost funds. My friend has an extremely painful disorder and could really use the services. I'm very disappointed in this policy and the location's inability to make an exception.

Not happy with having to fill out paperwork now every visit! It makes for a rushed atmosphere and now don’t look forward as much to driving there to get a massage. Traffic is enough to deal with now paperwork too!!😢
