Hand and Stone

The Tippy application used for tipping is inconvenient for members. Members have to pay convenience fee for tipping is ridiculous.

This was my first massage at Hand & Stone. I have had many massages at other places. In comparison to the other massages I have received, the massage at Hand & Stone was good, however, I have had better for less money elsewhere.

Already shared with Heaven, the no show policy is over shared and starts to become threatening

I was asked if I wanted a full body or just to work in the problem areas and I said full body but she only worked on the problem areas

I think your prices are high compared to the market in the area. It's odd that every time I arrive the waiting room is arranged completely differently.

Again, I love my facials but I don’t need them every month and the massages don’t float my boat. If you offer more options I’d likely reconsider. I’ll still be a client of Candace’s just not as a member.

No discussion about my skin

Maddie was so sweet and very accommodating. There were a couple of things that I have come to look forward to or expect with a facial. 1. earlobe relaxation which I have always had so was disappointed when she didn't do this. I have also had my temples rubbed and this wasn't done either; so, I was slightly disappointed. 2. The steam smelled a bit funny as well as the towels. Other than that, I enjoyed it the facial. I paid a holiday price and was satisfied, but I probably would have been disappointed if I had paid the full price. (I tipped off of full price)

there has been a lot of turnover at this location and the really good therapists are all gone.

This is my first issue, I always make my next appointment and tip at the beginning of the appointment. And I received a call after I left my appointment asking if I wanted to leave a gratuity. I called back and said I did but I’m still not sure if he got it or not.
