Hand and Stone

A number of therapists that I have seen have left. Several times I have been called to reschedule my appointments.

I was told that I had points to use and was given options during my services, but it wasn't made exactly clear to me how many packages and points my service would cost. I didn't know until I was checking out that I was using two packages and I didn't know the number of points until I checked out. I had packages and points to use and would have been fine with the cost/service, but the providers should make it clear to clients when presenting choices.

Could have offered a beverage while I waited. When making appointments, I always have pick what’s left and not get the time I want. Since I’m booking my appointments right after a service, should have preference.

I was satisfied with everything hands and stone provide. I had a 2 hour massage and it was over in a hour and half.

Overall the experience was just ok. Linens we’re stiff, rooms was cool. The therapist was nice but the cupping wasn’t as effective as I was hoping for my muscle issue. Would of been better with deep tissue or more hand massaging added in. Wouldn’t go back for that and based off the room ambiance I wouldn’t go back either. I used to have a membership which is why I came back for the visit but this experience felt different from before. Could be that I’ve been to other spas in between and I would rather pay a little extra for a better experience. The price for this versus what I got I did not find valuable.

Maddie at the Queen Creek, AZ location conducted my last facial, she did an incredible job! I typically go in for a microdermabrasion treatment but this time I just wanted to relax and unwind after a super stressful work week, so I did just the basic facial with no add ons and she did such a great job explaining how my options but respecting what I needed that specific visit. I’ve never had her give me a facial before, but I will absolutely be booking her again!

It is extremely difficult to get an appointment time. The price is a bit high then even more with the “add ons.”

Always feel they do to much upselling of treatments as well as products. Obvious unfortunately they must be on commission.

We have been H&S members for over 10 years and have never been able to get an appointment until now when we moved to Queen Creek. For some reason unless you book an appointment at least a month in advance we can never get in. I have over 14000 point and 4-5 credits that I would like to use but I can never get in unless I book my appointment a month in advance, to me that la unacceptable. Your Queen creek location is absolute worst when it comes to appointments. I never had this problem at your Anthem or Chandler locations. I did try to Heaven I believe she’s the manager of QC location but to be honest I got some what snotty explanation from her that they are always busy and they don’t have enough therapists, to be honest that’s not my problem. Retaining a customer cost a lot more then acquiring new customers. I hope somebody will read my comment and reach out to me for more details.
