It’s hard to make appointments with the same massage therapist due to my schedule and travel, I’m looking for consistency with the same massage therapist.

It was fine.

I prefer 90 min massages and get them about every other month. During my recent visit, I was informed I can't use 1.5 of my monthly massages towards a 90 min. I'd have to pay out of pocket or lose an entire 30 mins if I wanted to apply both credits. I'm wondering if I was losing my other half or my credit towards a massage every other time I was allowed to do that... I'm pretty disappointed because the massages are expensive as is.

Generally speaking, the services offered by Hand & Stone are reasonable and competitive. That being said, I decided to cancel my membership because there are other places that offer me the same price without a membership.

I have been going for 2 years and have not seen any improvement in my skin. It’s overprice for what they do and every add on cost more and more. Not worth the money.

Overall H&S is a good value for massage, however it is not exceptional in anyway. I continue to try different therapists to find a service the warrants the expense, and sometimes I am on the fence about that.

I paid for a red light therapy upgrade, the esthetician didn’t tell me I would be charged for a hydration facial upgrade as well. It was my first time and was my birthday gift from my daughter. The esthetician was really nice but I didn’t leave glowy and hydrated like I have in the past with other facials. I also had a broken skin barrier the next morning from a product that was used and my skin is worse than when I came in.

Only due to the sales job at the end of my apt. It is awkward & puts one in a difficult position when I just came out of a relaxing massage. It is also a good amount of $ to commit to.

My mother referred me to Hand and Stone after she had a massage and signed up for the membership. She is paying $10 less per massage than I am and did not have to pay a $200 enrollment fee that I did. I value George's experience and skill at massage, but I feel unlucky to have started at Hand and Stone after the price increase and changes to the membership took place when I was sold on the price and membership that my mom was able to get.

The $200 enrollment fee is ridiculous. And raising the prices is down for new clients but having the new higher price reflect on a second service isn’t fair. It should stay at the same rate for those customers already signed up.
