Hand and Stone

I’m satisfied with most because people did do their jobs but didn’t really go over the top. Also the biggest issue I have with hand and stone is the constant up selling. It’s quite annoying.

Would have been nice to have a waiting area separate from the front desk. A place that is quiet with dim lighting to help with relaxation. The ladies at the front desk were sweet and helpful but there is just too much going on there.

The pressure was not consistent with the therapists & Couldn’t hear music. Overall it was a 5. I’m going to try another person.

Time allotted was cut short. Did not even get 45 minutes.

Had to have the 3 therapist since I joined

Therapist needs to talk less about politics and other things that are controversial. Was very friendly. Gestured while doing massage felt awkward.

That was an accident. I am highly satisfied.

Good pressure and helped the tension in my neck and shoulders
