Called in a got an appointment next day. They were all very friendly and the therapist listened to what I requested. Everything was kept very timely.

The facial was a birthday present from family members. Scheduling and appointment confirmation was a breeze. The staff is very professional and friendly. The spa atmosphere is great, very relaxing.

I really like my therapist-Tamara. She is professional & excellent at her job. Tamara is the main reason I enjoy my massages at Hand & Stone. I was given a free enhancement at my 8/25 massage appointment because I had booked a massage for 8/4 after a long 20 hour car ride & predicted I would be in a lot of pain, however when I booked this appointment upon leaving my prior massage on 6/23, when I arrived I was not in system due to incompetence of receptionist that day. Hopefully this won’t happen again.
