Front desk check in is always easy. This was my first session with Zay and he did a fantastic job of relieving tense muscles and also helping my body relax. He had smooth transitions and soothing technique. I was also pleased with the fact that he wasn't talkative. He only spoke to ask if the pressure was okay and I really appreciate that he asked. I will definitely return for more sessions with Zay!

Hand & Stone is near my home. I have been a member before in Houston. I love the therapist in Destin, Jayme.

The technician took her time to explain every step she was going to perform. She was courteous and understanding to anything I spoke about. She took her time and gave excellent quality work.
