Receptionist was very friendly both on the phone and in the spa. Therapist asked questions to understand my needs and took care of me very well. Spa is very clean.

Anna took the time to listen to my concerns and help me feel safe and comfortable. The massage left me feeling great. I am looking forward to seeing Anna again.

I really like being able to make an appointment online. That feature was available when I first joined Hand & Stone but then it wasn't for a while; it is available again and I am happy! This was my first facial and H&S and I saw improvement immediately. The front desk staff is very friendly. It is so convenient having my credit card on file.
