My muscles were very tight and I was specific about what areas that needed attention. She was very thorough and concentrated on the areas of interest. I feel confident that this will help. I will come back and request Sam, again!

Location was always clean and well set up. Staff is very polite. The only change I would suggest is the background music. Yours seems like the same tones over and over, rather then more of a relaxing music like massage envoy has.

Mary was amazing! She made sure to focus on the areas I mentioned beforehand, and she suggested a small upgrade that made a huge difference! The device that makes your muscles just feel like butter!--before then the actual hot stone massage. It made a world of difference, being that it's very hard for me and my muscles to "let go." That extra assistance made the rest of the massage that much more impactful. I signed up for a membership-- the rates are top notch, as well as the services provided! I am highly satisfied and have already spread the word to my co-workers and am about to buy some gift certificates. Thank you for the great service and experience! And to more to come!

Brenda is awesome. She said she just moved here 3 weeks ago and we are so happy she joined Hand And Stone! She has great energy, a calm spirit, and strong hands with a knowledge of how to help people. I even sent my husband to her the next day. She is a true asset to the team.

Anna is a great therapist. She knows and works my troubled spots. It's nice a quiet, I don't like a lot of chatter during my massage. Anna only communicates when she thinks it's necessary. The staff up front a very polite and friendly too.

Fabulous experience! Brenda did a terrific job. My neck and shoulders were very tight and she applied just the right pressure and massage I needed.

Issue was during appointment making NOT with the actual a lady doing my facial (Kim was amazing). The receptionist that made my reservation explained that I could not put my package on a gift card but I could transfer it to someone else as I wanted to give my husband one of my packages for a massage as a Christmas gift. I explained this to her and she said no problem, she could transfer for a $10 fee and all I needed to do was give her his name and number so they could build and account for him and he could call and make a reservation. I asked if there was something I could take to wrap to put under the tree and she gave me a brochure. I then made my facial appointment for 12/26, she said she could make him one too for the same day and time that way he wouldn’t have to do anything. I made his appointment that same time as mine and when I got home, my husband told me he had received a text to confirm his appointment!!! Ruined the surprise!! If someone tells you this is a gift, you should turn off notifications to that person.

Venus was amazing, she was so incredibly patient with me explaining products and services. Nate was PHENOMENAL, my massage was incredibly relaxing and he made sure I was comfortable and explained all the movements he was doing.
