The therapist was very knowledgeable of muscle groups. The therapist gave me relaxation exercises to help stretch muscles that were extremely tight. I would go back to Casey every time. She is amazing therapist who targeted all of my particular tight spots.

My masseuse was very kind and thorough. I haven’t had a massage in nearly a year and wanted to savor every second, but I was so relaxed that I fell asleep and snored so loudly.

Casey was an excellent massage therapist & very knowledgeable.

I was highly satisfied because my therapist was Cassie. The massage room was fine but I thought the lights could be calmer and there might be more green/organic feel to the room. It doesn’t make sense for me to become a member and so I thought that the cost of $195 for two hours was a bit high. I would think $175 would be a fair price for two hours without a membership.

Staff was very friendly and the area was clean. The massage was relaxing and pain relieving. Overall was a great experience!

I feel that H&S is clean and safe to patronize during this time of Covid-19. I’m glad they take temps upon arrival. Thank you for working hard to maintain good business practices in these unprecedented times.

Nothing is obvious until it is stated! Did a drive by cuz my chin all of the sudden had a break-out going on. Spoke with Sierra at front desk....lifted my mask and asked if this can be fixed? She said why of course with a pleasant smile even though I could not see the smile cuz she was wearing a mask but her eyes were full of Christmas joy and she called for Kimberly. Filled out new membership app...Kimberly took me back and did her magic on my face. Mixed numerous ingredients together causing a beautiful display of colored smoke and magical sparks....When the session was over the results were stunning! Just signed multi million dollar modeling contract cuz my face looks so good now!!! So with that being said....Well Done to all and to all a Merry Christmas!

It was exactly what I needed. I felt like she got all my aches and pains out. Hope to do it again soon
