Hand and Stone

Alyssa and Mary were very professional and attentive to my needs. I do not live in area that Hand and Stone services so will not be able to return.

My therapist was honestly the best massage I've ever had. I told her as much. Sadly therapists leave all the time so I can't seem to get someone on a consistent basis, which is frustrating.

Shay was great and targeted the areas I was in pain. She let me know how many knots she found and recommended further treatment.

It was very easy to make my appointment. I was able to book a time that was convenient for me. The staff were very nice and helpful. The massage therapist was excellent and listened to my needs.

Shayla is great. She assisted my wife and I with signing up and is also a great therapist as well. I wish I would have been told deep tissue cost more as I put that down from questionnaire and was unaware that was additional. I also used a free coupon for an add on but found I was charged $5 as the coupon only covered $10 and the peppermint scalp massage was $15 additional. Overall satisfied, will read the fine print next time

Love the facial. Everything was nice and clean. Everyone was so friendly.

The therapist listened and focused on the areas I was having pain. She wasn't concerned with the "routine" massage, she gave a very custom massage.

I got caught in a traffic accident jam so I called and told them I was stuck on the Hwy. I got there 30 mins late so I only got to get a 20 minute massage so that was a bummer. The massage therapist was great her name is Mary. Only bad part was it was so short:-(

I like that there are several therapists to choose from. I like that there are different types of massages. I requested deep tissue and that's what I got - I haven't had luck with that at other salons in the Destin area.
