My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my specific needs. I am returning for an extra visit simply because of her!

My esthetician Lauren was extremely helpful in explaining the different package upgrades that gave e the most for my money. My skin feels wonderful even 24 hours later. I am just visiting this area otherwise I'd be back more often.

Candy, provided services for my massage on numerous visits. She is very skilled, personable and provides excellent service. Alyssa, provided services for my facial and she is also exceptionally skilled and informed on all services and products provided. The atmosphere in all areas is comparable to an "exclusive spa". There isn't anything I have experienced throughout my membership that was less than 100% professional from all of the staff.

Slightly dissatisfied only with how the buy one get one free gift card was presented at initial sale, when we checked out after our appointment, it was only then that we were told that the value of the 2nd gift card was less than at time of purchase. Our esthetician was FABULOUS and we would come again mainly because of her. A little disappointed in how the original buy one get one gift card was presented when I booked our appointment.

I was able to get an appointment for the day and time that I requested. My therapist was super professional and checked with me throughout the service to ensure the pressure was comfortable to me. She tailored the service to focus on the areas I needed it the most and made sure she spent adequate time to work in each area.

Everything was awesome. The female staff was young, but very professional. Even made sure I was safe getting to my destination once services was over...as it was very late and dark outside. l Loved that theh were concerned. Went above and beyond.
