The staff is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. The cleanliness is top notch. I am not bombarded by pushy attendants trying to force you to purchase various products, which has become an unwelcome standard at some spas. The whole experience is very pleasant for me.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my facial and will return for another. I love the product line, Dermalogica.

I love how friendly all the staff is and how everyone knows my name, it is a great touch to make me feel valued as a member! I have been going to Rheann for my facials and she always takes the time to check up on any changes or concerns. She has been amazing at helping me achieve my skincare goals and has really taken the time to find out my likes and dislikes and recommends products and services that I would benefit from and enjoy!

It is always an enjoyable experience at Hand and Stone. The staff is the BEST, the reception area and massage rooms are always relaxing. I always enjoy my time with Lettie. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed. I always make my appointments with her.
