The esthetician was very professional and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and the facial was amazing. I added an eyebrow wax and it's the first time I did not breakout from it! Will return and request her again!

I am always treated special. They do not push products on you , so if you can get it at the time they showed you how to use the products they suggest so you can get it at a later time. To me feeling welcomed and products not pushed at you makes you want to come back and also recommend to your friends. Which I have. Thank you.

I was pleased with the friendliness of the esthetician, massage therapists (who performed massages on my guests) and the lobby staff. All were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated Lauren's caution to use a facial peel as a test patch, instead of applying all over my face for an upcharge. It turned out I was very sensitive to the peel and would have had a bad skin reaction all over, if not for her caution (and willingness for me to forgo the upcharge). Also I appreciated the staff's helpfulness in me transferring member services to my mom and sister.

My massage therapist was very kind and considerate of my needs and made the experience comfortable and relaxing.
