Lauren was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was customizable and relaxing. Loved the mango smoothie masque. My only complaint is I could hear the door on the outside of her room slamming shut whenever someone walked through it.

I have had better massages elseware. The facial, I was expecting $69.00 .I hate when she bulb bit which I Saw nothing no glow or whatever it was suppose to do .

Therapist could have used a little more product during the massage

I called to book 2 massages using my massages that I had paid for months ago and they would not book the second massage which was for a friend because they required a credit card even though I had already paid for the massages and they have my credit card on file which they charge monthly. I didn’t have a credit card with me when I called. The receptionist knew I was booking one for me and one for my friend 30 minutes apart. We both showed up and I had to give my massage appointment to her because they only booked one massage which was the one in my name. I had to wait for her for the one 90 minutes because the appointment was not till 30 minutes after we arrived. The system should allow members to book a massage for a friend if they have already paid for it and you have a credit card on file which is charged monthly

The therapist was amazing! Booking on the app is frustrating so that's why I have to call sometimes.

I pay an extra $10 for an upgrade to the Basic Image facial. For the last 4 of 6 facials, they did not have the hydro sheet mask and had to substitute something else.

Therapist not skilled enough to work out kinks and knots.

Staff at the Destin FL location is professional and the location always is clean. there is a variety of services available

usually start a little late but don't feel like I always truly get the 50 minutes

I would have liked a little more time spent on the area I said was bothering me.
