Friendly staff that made me feel welcome. Massage therapist was good even though we were about 10 minutes late starting.

I book four weeks out, when my massage therapist wasn’t available for a 9 am I asked to someone else, the receptionist was unable to find a spot for me. I had to shorten my weeks.

My friends credit card was charged for my services. Her membership has been screwed up since I got her to join in January. Cancellation policy needs to be revamped. I had to cancel 18 hours prior to appointment and they were going to charge me a half of a credit?????

The appt was running a little late and no one let me know until I specifically asked. I was worried because I had another appt right after this one and was worried I’d be late to that one. I requested a breast pillow and the receptionist did not know what that was. I had to assure her that you had one.

Felt more like a get in and get out appointment than a relaxing massage.

Room temp was cool, would prefer warmer for relaxation

I’ve had other professional massages before. It was not better or worse. It was equal.

My massage was good, my 60 min massage only lasted 45 min.

When I was asked if I wanted any additional add-ons, and I said yes, I was not told that the additional treatment would take off time from the massage. I expected a one hour massage plus the additional treatment that I purchased.

The manager has poor communication abilities. She does not want to get involved in conflict resolution. I had a business and after how she handled a receint issue I would not recommend her for employment managing a busines.
