the time was a little short, started 5 minutes after i was brought into the room and ended 10 minutes before the hour. I thought the treatment time was 50 minutes.

i was highly satisfied. The receptionist is prompt & professional to check you in. The masseuse is knowledgeable, friendly and trained.

The massage therapist talked too much

My appointment was just ok. Nothing stood out as being exceptional.

The monthly membership fee is too expensive.

I do not normally get facials but I had reward points and decided to do something different and get a facial. It's important that you understand I am not really a fan of facials - my membership is for massages. I was offered upgrades and products but I was not interested and I had to clarify a couple of times that I was only using points for the facial. I felt the staff was trained to sell products as I had to explain I did not want to change my skin care routine. I do not hold this against the staff at all but I don't think I will get a facial again.

Overemphasis on gratuities. Reminders were everywhere, and I found it off-putting.

Massage therapist was professional, perfect amount of pressure, made me feel better.
