I can’t find a therapist that I really like.

The last appointment of the day and I could tell the staff wanted the day over with.

I believe I was overcharged by looking at my receipt.

I WAS highly satisfied! This question is wrong! I was highly satisfied with my experience!

Therapist greeting/demeanor lukewarm. Pressure too light even when I told her firm and asked her to increase. Coverage of leg and back area not great. Tamara was my masseuse

The staff is great, friendly, & efficient. The texts that are sent reminding of the $50 fee for no shows could be softer. Please find a way to not have members need to complete all the forms prior to each visit. It’s annoying and somehow I always miss at least one form. If we need to complete them annually or even twice a year that’s ok. I find it annoying particularly when I then have to do whatever I missed when I get there and it still isn’t right. I want to come in and relax not fill out several forms/ check boxes.

Always a wait at reception desk to check in or check out. Appointments are hard to get at my preferred time.

I very much enjoyed the facial and service I received but the cost is too high for doing it as often as the esthetician recommended. I would love to buy a membership and have the option of adding the Diamond service at a discount but paying a monthly membership and adding the Diamond microdermabrasion at $90 each time would be far too costly per month. It would be nice to have a membership and a benefit of that being you get a good discount on add on services.

I requested to put a hold on my membership and the process for me was difficult.
