Too much lawyer cya paperwork. Good concept but should keep lawyers out of running business.

Did not receive the neck & shoulder massage I usually get with the classic facial.

Liked when I got email weekly telling me what and who were available. Try to book myself and wife at same time . Unhappy last time my wife scheduled for routine facial and ended up with $240 charge. When asking for explanation the desk person hung up on me. I don’t need 30 reminders of my appointment after scheduling. One to confirm and the day before is 3noigh.

Michelle was unable on this particular day to multitask as she was on the phone speaking to a client while I was speaking to the other receptionist regarding my account and was told to have a seat because she could not concentrate recommend additional training on how to use time management and the ability to multitask but never tell a client to take a seat very rude unprofessional just a little more training and I'm sure she'll do fine

I feel if you book a 60-minute massage you should receive at least 50 minutes of hands-on time. Receptionists are too salesy. I'm there to relax. I don't want to feel like I'm being sold to every time I'm there.

Aroma therapy was hardly noticeable

I just felt like the massage therapist did not focus on my problem area at all. Even though I realize you can’t really control this, my therapist kept yawning the entire time and she sniffled to entire time which took away from the quite ambience in the room.

I felt as if I could do the same routine at home (ex. wash my face, apply a face mask, and hydrate.) Although the neck and shoulder massage was great, I kind of felt like the facial was over priced. I would feel more comfortable with spending that much if the facial would have included a little more. For example, I would have really enjoyed being introduced to different vitamin serums, as this was my very first facial. I guess I was expecting a little more but doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy my facial.

Massage therapist came to lobby to get me at 10:12 for my 10 o’clock appointment. Massage was over at 11 am. I thought they were supposed to be 50 minutes. By the time I had gotten ready for the massage, I believe my actual massage was around 45 minutes

I was highly satisfied with my facial treatment and my esthetician! Erin was awesome! The only thing I have a problem with is booking massage times. I feel like I have a hard time finding someone that fits my needs and times I’m available. It seems like I find someone and then they leave.
