Therapist did not address focus areas

I expected a high quality experience. I felt pressured to purchase add ONS, CBD oil was pushed down my throat and when I denied it was told I didn't need any other add ONS. Just a standard massage, didn't seem very knowledgeable, though she was a sweetheart. Not worth the cost, expected add ONS, and outrageous tip requirements

It would have been better if more attention was given to the hands and feet during a standard massage.

No privacy at reception area; area/space too small;

Rylie felt his massage was helpful. On the other hand, mine was not. While my therapist did spend a good amount of time on some knots in my left shoulder, they were kind of rough with swift movements when pulling my arms out from under blankets and when pressure was applied to the tops of my shoulders rather than moving slowing or slowly applying more pressure
