Hand and Stone

Did not massage my hands, feet or scalp at all, spent way to much time on my back. Didn't feel as he worked any of the knots out.

Did not like being asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity when I was leaving. Think this is a personal choice. Not my first massage and had already tipped Tamara in person. Tamara gave a nice massage. Not a problem with her.

Every time I have visited my appointment starts 10 minutes after schedule, it ends 10 minutes before for cleaning and housekeeping items so it always adds up to almost 20 minutes lost. I understand cleaning is done in the 60 minute slot but it shouldn't be advertised as a 60 minute massage, but a 45 or so

Had to wait a long time to get to the back. Therapist talked a lot about her personal issues Skin was not soothed after visit

I was highly satisfied with my appointment.

We had booked a massage and a facial and they did not put the facial on the books. We could did not get all of what we booked. This appointment was called in 3 weeks prior to this appointment. It was disappointing that we did not get all the treatments that we booked.

Requested a specific aesthetician and I wasn’t notified that I would be seeing someone else due to whatever reason. It was still really good just would’ve liked to be notified that it wasn’t my regular

Every expierience has been good. Nobody is perfect. Always room for imprivement.

I think it'll take more than one visit for me to completely relax. It's no reflection on the therapist.

Our couple’s massage began late. So, our time was cut short. Also, we were never asked if we had a gender preference of the therapists.
